Have a stable internet connection
Have a suitable power outlet for device operation (Flow Smart Reef requires standard 110V/220V power)

User Responsibilities

Use the Flow Smart Reef according to the provided instructions
Maintain proper cleaning and maintenance of the tank and components
Report any technical issues promptly via the Flow OS App
Follow local waste disposal regulations for biological and electronic waste

All product designs, technology, and content on the Website are the property of Flow or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright laws.

Limitation of Liability

We do not accept liability for any of the following:

Improper use of the device
Damage caused by unauthorized modifications
Power supply issues or outages affecting livestock
Natural wear and tear
Loss of livestock due to user error or external factors

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Flow is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
